I'm back after another wee break with this c45 minute Boxercise class plan. Hope you like, and of course, any questions just ask! Warm Up – 3 Minutes Burpee Ladder
Partner 1 does 1 Burpee. Then Partner 2 does 2 Burpees. Then Partner 1 does 3 Burpees. Then Partner 2 does 4 Burpees. And so on until time runs out. Round 1 – Out On The Town Min 1 – 1,4,3,2, Move* Min 2 – 1,8, Move* Min 3 – 5,6,5,6, Move* Min 4 – 1,P2,1,P2, Move* *Move = With the Boxer against the wall they perform the combo then the Padder takes one step back whilst the boxer takes one step forward and they repeat the combo. Once they reach the opposite wall they continue the combos but the Boxer will step backwards while the Padder steps forwards. Round 2 – Run Away Min 1 – 1,4,3,2,1,8, Run 2 Laps* Min 2 – 5,6,5,6,1,P2,1,P2, Run 2 Laps* Min 3 – 3,4,7, Run 2 Laps* Min 4 – 7,7,2, Run 2 Laps* *While Boxer is running, the Padder does a Sprawl (chest to floor) into Plank hold until the Boxer returns to repeat the combo. Round 3 – Finish Off The Bugger Min 1 – 1,2, Move’n’Run* Min 2 – 3,4, Move’n’Run* Min 3 – 7,8, Move’n’Run* Min 4 – 1,2,3,4,7,8, Move’n’Run* *Move'n'Run is similar the the earlier 'Move' of Round 2 except once the Padder reaches the wall (after moving backwards) both the boxer and Padder run back to their starting positions.
