Sometimes you just want to throw in some FREESTYLE action and that is what Busy Bee is. WHAT IS BUSY BEE? Well Busy Bee is whatever you want it to be, or to be more accurate, whatever your PADDER want's it to be. The Padder pivots on the spot, rotating 90 or 180 degrees, or indeed any number of degrees they wish - the Padder is in control! The Padder either places the pads in the postion for a corresponding punchs, e.g. 1,2 or the Padder shouts a small combo to the boxer, e.g. 1,2,1,4,7. After each sequence, the Padder pivots and the Boxer must side step around the Padder to meet them face-to-face ready for the next sequence. For the Padder it's a Brain-Trainer as they confuse the heck out of themselves and their partner trying to conjour up new sequences. For the Boxer, it's a shattering two minutes of boxing and moving! I usually use this to fill time hence why it's just two minutes per boxer. What Did You Think? If you used this workout plan then I hope you enjoyed it and got lots of value from it.
