I LOVE to finish my workouts with a silly finisher and I really enjoy searching for songs that you can PUNCH to and BURPEE (or Squat) to. This one was both an AWESOME finisher and AWESOME to sing along to! SONG 1 - "Hand's Up" by Ottawan Simply punch 1, 2, 3, 4 to the beat then do a Burpee on the first "Hands Up" and a Squat on the second "Hands Up". That's 10 Burpees and 10 Squats! <SWAP Gloves and Pads> SONG 2 - "D.I.S.C.O" by Ottawan And again, punch 1, 2, 3, 4 to the beat then do a Burpee on "D.I S.C.O". That's 12 Burpees! On "She is Oh, Oh, Oh" do some freestyle funky dancing. What Did You Think? If you used this workout plan then I hope you enjoyed it and got lots of value from it.
